Shape Reality Mirror — Privacy Notice

SHAPE REALITY MIRROR is an interactive augmented reality experience that uses a live camera feed to apply real-time AR effects.

Camera Access

SHAPE REALITY MIRROR accesses the device's camera in order to display the participant's live image and render augmented reality effects. SHAPE REALITY does not independently record or retain the live camera feed, photos, or videos unless a participant explicitly uses a feature that is clearly identified as saving or capturing content.

Snap Camera Kit

SHAPE REALITY MIRROR uses Snap Camera Kit, technology provided by Snap Inc., to provide augmented reality Lenses and related functionality. Information may be processed by Snap in connection with Camera Kit in accordance with Snap's Privacy Policy and applicable terms.

Technical Information

The application and its technology providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the AR experience, such as device information, application performance information, and interactions with Camera Kit.

How We Use Information

Information accessed through SHAPE REALITY MIRROR is used to provide the interactive AR experience, maintain and troubleshoot the installation, and improve its performance.

Data Retention

SHAPE REALITY does not intentionally retain live camera imagery generated during ordinary use of the Mirror experience. Any technical information that we retain will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Our use of Snap Camera Kit is also subject to Snap's terms and privacy practices. Please review Snap's Privacy Policy for additional information about Snap's processing of information.
